Screen Mask & Bezel

A professionally finished arcade cabinet starts with the display. Our custom screen masks and bezels cover the unused area of your monitor so only your arcade screen shows — no dead space, no bare edges. Send us your plexiglass dimensions, visible screen size, and screen position, and we'll cut a precision plexiglass sheet and 2mm black ABS mask in-house on our state-of-the-art CNC equipment, then ship them ready to install.

Your measurements

Measure the plexiglass first, then — with the screen on and showing a full white image — measure the lit area and how far it starts from the top and left edges of the plexiglass. Fractions are fine: type 15/16 or 25 1/8.

Materials

Cast plexiglass thickness

Stiffer, premium feel on large screens

Black ABS mask — 2 mm

Same outside size as the plexiglass, with the screen opening cut out. One side is smooth and one is textured — we fit it smooth side facing out unless your notes say otherwise.

Mounting holes

Turn this on if you want screw holes drilled around the border. Both parts get the same pattern so they line up.

How it works

We manufacture and ship the finished parts — cut files aren't provided. Submit your measurements, and we'll review them, email you a dimensioned proof for approval, and cut both pieces on our CNC equipment only after you've confirmed everything is correct.
